How secure is my online order?

When purchasing online using your credit card, all of your information is entered into an SSL secure web page. Your information is then SSL-encrypted and sent directly to our credit card provider's network, where your card and transaction is authorized and approved. Your credit card information is not stored on our servers.
 
How can I pay for my online purchases?
You can pay by VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, APPLE PAY, DISCOVER, JCB, and PAYPAL.
 

How do I change or cancel my order?

Orders may be canceled or changed if they have not been processed and shipped, so please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make any changes or cancel your order.
Please let us know your order number and the change you would like to make, and we will confirm the status of your order as soon as we can. Orders are processed within 2 hours, after which time they may not be canceled.

 

How long does it take for an order to arrive?

Most of our products are custom-made and printed on demand. It usually takes a few days for your order to get printed and shipped. In some cases, it could take 1 - 4 weeks for your order to reach your address. If your order takes longer than 30 days to arrive, we will offer a full refund.

 

I messed up my order information, can I change it?

Contact us as soon as possible at support@laminimas.com, and we might be able to adjust your order. Unfortunately, we can't make changes if an order has been shipped already.

 

I ordered multiple items, why did I receive only one?

Since our products are "made to order", when you order multiple products at a time, they may be shipped separately. So don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once, they are on the way.

 

How do I track my order?

All customers will receive an email with a tracking number once your package has been shipped. Please check your Spam/Junk folder for your tracking email. If you are still unable to locate this anywhere you are welcome to contact us by emailing support@laminimas.com to receive your tracking number but please allow the 15 business day processing period to pass before contacting us for the tracking information.

 

Where are your products from? 

All of our current suppliers are located in China.  We ship directly from our manufacturers to save our customers an additional shipping + packaging cost.
